Planning Your Visit
The Nor Cal Landscape & Nursery Show is a one-day trade event for landscape contractors, nursery growers, and green industry suppliers. Whether you attended the February 5, 2026 show or are preparing for a future event, this guide covers the basics of getting to the venue and making productive use of your day.
Before You Go
Review the seminar schedule if you plan to earn continuing education credits. Browse the exhibitor listing ahead of time so you can identify vendors you want to meet on the floor.
If you are traveling from outside the Bay Area, see hotel information for lodging notes. There is no official room block, but San Mateo and surrounding communities offer many chain and independent properties within a short drive of the event center.
Getting to the San Mateo County Event Center
The show is held in Fiesta Hall at the San Mateo County Event Center, 1346 Saratoga Drive, San Mateo, CA 94403. The facility is near Highways 92 and 101, with signs directing visitors to Fiesta Hall and designated parking areas.
Parking and entrance locations can change by event. Download the parking map and parking instructions (PDF) before you travel. The facility center map shows the overall campus layout.
Making the Most of Show Day
- Arrive early. Registration and exhibitor booths open at 8 a.m. Morning hours are quieter and give you more time with vendor reps.
- Bring business cards. Many exhibitors request a resale license or business credentials for new accounts.
- Wear comfortable shoes. Fiesta Hall covers a large floor area with carpeted aisles and multiple product zones.
- Plan seminar time. Educational sessions run throughout the day. Allow travel time between the show floor and seminar rooms.
- Take notes on booth numbers. Match contacts to the exhibitor directory and the posted floor plan.
